CPACow Terms and Conditions
1. Introduction:
By accessing or using CPACow (the "Network"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Account Registration:
Users are required to provide accurate and complete information during registration.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.
Any unauthorized use of the account should be reported to CPACow immediately.
Accounts registered with CPACow are non-transferable, and users are strictly prohibited from sharing account access or credentials with others. Registered users bear full responsibility for all actions performed under their accounts.
3. Participant Eligibility:
Participants must be at least 18 years old to join the Network. Those who are 16 or 17 years old may participate with the consent of a legal guardian who assumes all legal responsibilities until the participant turns 18 years old.
Participants must adhere to all relevant laws and regulations.
4. Offer Promotion:
Participants are expected to promote CPACow offers in accordance with the specific terms and conditions of each offer.
Participants may promote CPACow offers on Facebook without prior approval. To promote offers on other platforms, participants must obtain prior permission from CPACow.
Engaging in fraudulent activities, including but not limited to click fraud, cookie stuffing, and misleading advertising, is strictly prohibited.
5. Commission Payments:
Participants will receive commissions based on valid actions generated through their promotional activities.
CPACow reserves the right to withhold payment for any actions deemed fraudulent or in violation of these Terms and Conditions.
Payments will be made according to the regular payment schedule.
A flat $1 USD will be deducted from every invoice generated. This amount will be contributed to the CPACow Social Welfare Fund, which will be used exclusively for social work and charitable activities.
6. Intellectual Property:
Participants are permitted to use only CPACow-approved creative materials for promoting offers within the Network.
Participants are not allowed to modify or redistribute creative materials without prior approval from CPACow.
7. Termination:
CPACow reserves the right to terminate or suspend any participant's account for violation of these Terms and Conditions or for any other reason deemed necessary.
Upon termination, participants will forfeit any outstanding commissions.
8. Disclaimer:
CPACow makes no warranties or representations regarding the performance or profitability of offers promoted within the Network.
CPACow shall not be liable for any damages arising from participation in the Network.
9. Indemnification:
Participants agree to indemnify and hold CPACow harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from their participation in the Network.
10. Fee and Fine Imposition:
CPACow reserves the right to impose fees or fines on participants for services rendered, including but not limited to identity verification and account reactivation. Participants agree to pay these fees. All fees and fines paid to CPACow, regardless of the amount, are strictly non-refundable, and no refunds will be issued under any circumstances once payment is made.
11. Restriction on External Engagements:
Participants are prohibited from engaging directly or indirectly with any other CPA/affiliate networks or similar businesses while being a member of CPACow. Violation of this provision will result in immediate suspension and forfeiture of any accrued earnings.
12. Liability for Harm to Business Interests:
Participants who perform actions that harm CPACow's business interests, directly or indirectly, may be liable for compensation up to $10,000 USD or equivalent.
13. Governing Law:
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
14. Modification:
CPACow reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Participants are responsible for regularly reviewing these Terms and Conditions.

সিপিএ কাউ-এর শর্তাবলী:
১. ভূমিকা:
সিপিএ কাউ (এখানে "নেটওয়ার্ক") প্রবেশ বা ব্যবহার করার মাধ্যমে, আপনি এই শর্তাবলী মানতে এবং মেনে চলতে সম্মত হন।
২. অ্যাকাউন্ট নিবন্ধন:
ব্যবহারকারীদের নিবন্ধনের সময় সঠিক এবং সম্পূর্ণ তথ্য প্রদান করতে হবে।
ব্যবহারকারীরা তাদের অ্যাকাউন্টের তথ্যের গোপনীয়তা বজায় রাখার দায়িত্ব পালন করবেন।
অ্যাকাউন্টের কোনো অননুমোদিত ব্যবহার সিপিএ কাউ কর্তৃপক্ষকে অবিলম্বে জানাতে হবে।
সিপিএ কাউ-এর সাথে নিবন্ধিত অ্যাকাউন্টগুলি হস্তান্তরযোগ্য নয় এবং ব্যবহারকারীরা অ্যাকাউন্টের প্রবেশাধিকার বা গোপনীয় তথ্য অন্যকে প্রদান করতে কঠোরভাবে নিষিদ্ধ। নিবন্ধিত ব্যবহারকারীরা তাদের অ্যাকাউন্টের অধীনে সম্পাদিত সমস্ত ক্রিয়াকলাপের জন্য সম্পূর্ণ দায়ভার একাই বহন করবেন।
৩. অংশগ্রহণকারীর যোগ্যতা:
অংশগ্রহণকারীদের নেটওয়ার্কে যোগ দেওয়ার জন্য কমপক্ষে ১৮ বছর বয়সী হতে হবে। যারা ১৬ বা ১৭ বছর বয়সী, তারা আইনগত অভিভাবকের সম্মতিতে অংশগ্রহণ করতে পারবেন, এবং অভিভাবক সমস্ত আইনি দায়িত্ব পালন করবেন যতক্ষণ না অংশগ্রহণকারী ১৮ বছর বয়সে পৌঁছায়।
অংশগ্রহণকারীদের সমস্ত প্রাসঙ্গিক আইন ও নিয়ম মেনে চলতে হবে।
৪. অফার প্রচার:
অংশগ্রহণকারীদের সিপিএ কাউ-এর অফারগুলি নির্দিষ্ট শর্তাবলী অনুযায়ী প্রচার করতে হবে।
অংশগ্রহণকারীরা সিপিএ কাউ-এর অফারগুলি ফেসবুকে আগাম অনুমোদন ছাড়াই প্রচার করতে পারেন। অন্য প্ল্যাটফর্মে প্রচার করতে সিপিএ কাউ কর্তৃপক্ষের থেকে পূর্ব অনুমতি নিতে হবে।
ক্লিক জালিয়াতি, কুকি স্টাফিং, এবং বিভ্রান্তিকর বিজ্ঞাপন সহ জালিয়াতিমূলক কার্যকলাপে লিপ্ত হওয়া কঠোরভাবে নিষিদ্ধ।
৫. কমিশন প্রদান:
অংশগ্রহণকারীরা তাদের প্রচারমূলক কার্যকলাপের মাধ্যমে প্রাপ্ত কার্যকর কর্মগুলির ভিত্তিতে কমিশন পাবেন।
সিপিএ কাউ যে কোনো জালিয়াতি বা এই শর্তাবলী লঙ্ঘনের জন্য কোনও পেমেন্ট স্থগিত রাখার বা বাতিল করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে।
পেমেন্টগুলি নিয়মিত পেমেন্ট শিডিউল অনুযায়ী করা হবে।
প্রতিটি ইনভয়েস থেকে ১ ডলার কেটে নিয়ে সিপিএ কাউ সমাজকল্যাণ তহবিলে জমা করা হবে। এই তহবিলটি শুধুমাত্র সমাজিক কল্যাণমূলক কাজে ব্যবহৃত হবে।
৬. মেধাস্বত্ব:
অংশগ্রহণকারীরা নেটওয়ার্কের অফার প্রচার করার জন্য শুধুমাত্র সিপিএ কাউ অনুমোদিত সৃজনশীল সামগ্রী ব্যবহার করতে পারবেন।
অংশগ্রহণকারীরা পূর্ব অনুমতি ছাড়া সৃজনশীল সামগ্রী পরিবর্তন বা পুনঃবন্টন করতে পারবেন না।
৭. অবসান:
সিপিএ কাউ এই শর্তাবলী লঙ্ঘনের জন্য বা প্রয়োজনীয় বলে মনে হলে যে কোনও অংশগ্রহণকারীর অ্যাকাউন্ট বাতিল বা স্থগিত করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে।
অ্যাকাউন্ট বাতিল বা স্থগিত হলে, অংশগ্রহণকারীদের সকল বকেয়া কমিশন বাতিল বলে গণ্য হবে।
৮. অসমর্থন:
সিপিএ কাউ নেটওয়ার্কের মধ্যে প্রচারিত অফারগুলির কার্যকারিতা বা লাভজনকতার বিষয়ে কোনও নিশ্চয়তা প্রদান করে না।
নেটওয়ার্কে অংশগ্রহণের ফলে উদ্ভূত কোনও ক্ষতির জন্য সিপিএ কাউ দায়ী নয়।
৯. ক্ষতিপূরণ:
অংশগ্রহণকারীরা নেটওয়ার্কে তাদের অংশগ্রহণের ফলে উদ্ভূত কোনও ক্ষতিতে সিপিএ কাউকে সর্বদা দায়মুক্ত রাখবেন।
১০. ফি এবং জরিমানা:
পরিচয় যাচাইকরণ এবং অ্যাকাউন্ট পুনরায় সক্রিয়করণ সহ যেকোনো সেবার জন্য অংশগ্রহণকারীদের উপর সিপিএ কাউ ফি বা জরিমানা আরোপ করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে। অংশগ্রহণকারীরা এই ফি প্রদান করতে সম্মত হন। সমস্ত ফি এবং জরিমানা পরিশোধিত হওয়ার পরে, ফেরতযোগ্য নয় এবং কোন অবস্থাতেই ফেরত দেওয়া হবে না।
১১. বহিরাগত সম্পৃক্ততার উপর বিধিনিষেধ:
সিপিএ কাউ-এর সদস্য থাকাকালীন অংশগ্রহণকারীরা অন্য কোনো সিপিএ/অ্যাফিলিয়েট নেটওয়ার্ক বা অনুরূপ ব্যবসার সাথে সরাসরি বা পরোক্ষভাবে জড়িত হতে নিষিদ্ধ। এই বিধান লঙ্ঘন করলে তাৎক্ষণিক অ্যাকাউন্ট এবং বকেয়া কমিশন বাতিল করা হবে।
১২. ব্যবসায়িক স্বার্থের ক্ষতির জন্য দায়:
অংশগ্রহণকারীরা সিপিএ কাউ-এর ব্যবসায়িক স্বার্থের সরাসরি বা পরোক্ষভাবে ক্ষতি করলে, ১০,০০০ মার্কিন ডলার বা সমপরিমাণ ক্ষতিপূরণের জন্য দায়ী হতে পারেন।
১৩. শাসন আইন:
এই শর্তাবলী বাংলাদেশের প্রচলিত আইন অনুযায়ী পরিচালিত হবে।
১৪. পরিবর্তন:
সিপিএ কাউ যে কোনো সময় পূর্ব নোটিশ ছাড়াই এই শর্তাবলী পরিবর্তনের অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে।
১৫. যোগাযোগের তথ্য:
এই শর্তাবলী সম্পর্কে জিজ্ঞাসার জন্য, অনুগ্রহ করে support@cpacow.com এ যোগাযোগ করুন।
সিপিএ কাউ-এ প্রবেশ বা ব্যবহার করার মাধ্যমে, আপনি স্বীকার করেন যে আপনি এই শর্তাবলী পড়েছেন, বুঝেছেন, এবং মানতে সম্মত হয়েছেন।
